Truth be told... I usually recommend that someone in-house is in charge of social media posting. Why? Because a business owner, manager, or employee is far more tuned in to the day-to-day of the business. It's more personal that way. Social media for a business shouldn't be used just for "posting something" consistently because someone told you to. It's for educating and entertaining. If your posts aren't either one of those two things... it will get ignored, guaranteed. Great post ideas are for new products, interesting videos of what you do, special offers, and maybe cool before and after pics. Before you just post something for the sake of posting (or because YOU think it's great)... put yourself in one of your followers shoes and ask yourself if they'll care or not.
