Help! This Social Media Stuff Makes Me Wanna Cry!
Is marketing and advertising confusing for you? Of course it is! There are so many advertising options out there, it'll make your head spin. And drive you mad! And you're trying to run a business! Truth be told... I usually recommend that someone in-house is in charge of social media posting. Why? Because a business owner, manager, or employee is far more tuned in to the day-to-day of the business. It's more personal that way. Social media for a business shouldn't be used just for "posting something" consistently because someone told you to. It's for educating and entertaining. If your posts aren't either one of those two things... it will get ignored, guaranteed. Great post ideas are for new products, interesting videos of what you do, special offers, and maybe cool before and after pics. Before you just post something for the sake of posting (or because YOU think it's great)... put yourself in one of your followers shoes and ask yourself if they'll care or not.

We'll create custom graphics for each post if needed. We recommend that these social media graphics also include pictures or videos from YOU. We can edit pictures and videos if needed also. But if we're just making up graphics and text for you for each post - it won't do you much good.
We can also help with Help Wanted social media posting. Help Wanted Facebook ads can be very effective when it includes the right content that engages a large group of people. It needs to grab eyeballs and be to the point. Then, we deliver that ad to the area you'd like it to reach - then, share the statistics of those ads with you. But you'll know on your own whether or not your Help Wanted Facebook ad worked or not. Questions? Give us a holler.
Side note: Oh, by the way, using Radio for Recruitment Advertising (properly) is very effective at finding the right person / people. It costs a bit more of course... but Radio casts a big net to a lot of people. And most importantly - to people who are already working, but not actively looking for a new gig. They're the good ones that you want to reach.
