There are websites and programs that allow you to create your own videos using photos. And also incorporate short video clips into them if you want. Plus, insert music into the background. Like Animoto.  ​Or I also use iMovie once in a while.  It all depends on the project.  I don't pretend to be a "video guy".  I have people whom I trust for high quality work.

But our smartphones now have amazing video capability. Or GoPro. Or a nice digital camera. Not every video (or maybe any video) has to be "polished" like an ad agency will deliver. Make it real. And sincere. There's gold in that.

This Drew Sivertsen video I did by just editing some GoPro video clips and photos together.  

I've also done a ton of off the cuff stuff for myself.  A lot of it was bad quality at first.  But I was learning.  And I knew if I wanted to understand YouTube, video, social media, etc., then I'd have to jump in head first and figure this stuff out.  I have.  And it's been a lot of fun.  It's also been a lot of work.  But that's how we learn, right?  We can't always just listen to a lecture or watch a YouTube informational video... we have to dive in and just do it! And these days... relying on AI to be CREATIVE and DIFFERENT... is not going to set you apart from the crowd.
